3. Membership and Fees
- Membership is available for individuals, families, and groups at different rates. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are due on the specified dates and failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
- We reserve the right to adjust fees and payment structures with at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow members. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
5. Health and Safety
- Prior to participating in any class, you must inform us of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate safely.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities offered by Fusion Martial Arts.
6. Waiver of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that participation in martial arts and self-defense activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury. You agree to waive any claims against Fusion Martial Arts, its instructors, staff, and affiliates for any injury or loss incurred during participation.
7. Media Release
By participating in our classes or events, you grant Fusion Martial Arts permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and instructional materials, is the property of Fusion Martial Arts and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Illinois.
